Laquering - Antique Furniture Restoration from Hinton Restorations, Tunbridge Wells, Kent
It is used to deepen and defend the aspect of the object being treated. It has been used for centuries in Japan, and China, but in reality derives from a an old latinian language word “lac”, a variety of fluid delineate from insects. It is mainly negroid but can come in green, blue or white. The word lacquer actually means acrylic or nitrate compounds which have got been thinned out, though I only use many more time-honoured methods. Often a distinguished transaction of time is needed to gear up the bound properly.
